How to Use Your Astryra Gift Card

Gift cards are easy and flexible to use. Here’s how you can redeem your gift card:

• Balance on Multiple Orders: The balance on your gift card can be used for more than one order as long as there is still a balance remaining.
• Order Total: Your gift card balance is applied to the total value of your order, including taxes and shipping.
• Combine with Discount Codes: You can use your gift card together with any applicable discount codes.
• Multiple Gift Cards: You can apply more than one gift card to a single order if needed.
• Subscriptions: While you can use a gift card for the initial payment of a subscription, it cannot be used for future subscription payments. You'll need to add an eligible payment method at checkout for recurring payments.
• Gift Card Purchases: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. But you can buy a gift card for someone else—just choose the recipient during checkout (learn more below).

Redeeming Your Gift Card

To redeem your gift card during checkout:

1. Enter the unique gift card code in the appropriate field on the checkout page. Don’t worry, the codes aren’t case sensitive!
2. If your gift card balance covers the full order total (including taxes and shipping), you’ll be able to complete your order.
3. If your gift card balance is less than the total order, you’ll be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance. You can also add another gift card if needed.

Want to give the perfect gift? You can customize your purchase by sending a gift card directly to someone else! When you place your order, simply select the option to send a gift card to another recipient. It’s the perfect way to share warmth and care with someone special.
