1. Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
A return or refund request is submitted within 60 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Please follow these steps to request a return:
Email us at support@astryra.com with the following information:
Order number
Reason for return or refund
Photos of the item (for damaged, defective, or incorrect products)
Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Ship the product to the return address we provide.
4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or damaged product), Astryra will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference or customer error (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We currently do not accept returns on the following:
Final sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized products
